Where can I find a sample 4000 calorie diet for a non-bodybuilding athlete?
I found some for body builders that included whey and the such. I am looking for a way to put together a 4000-calorie diet of real food.

Whey really doesn't provide many calories. I'd go by that template and just replace the whey with a different meat protein source.
