How long does it take to see BodyBuilding results?

I am a dancer. I definitely do NOT look in any way like a body builder. but I have decided to start bodybuilding. How long do you think I will be able to see results?

Obviously not a couple months. but 6 months, 1 year? tell me your opinions please!

if you work out 5 days a week you will begin to see results in about 8 weeks.

    Personally, I think Plyometrics might be the perfect thing for you. It's similar to yoga except that you training your body to add more muscle.

    Plyo training is great for bodybuilders and will make muscle look so much better. You'll also find that it leans out areas of the body that have otherwise and in the past been stubborn. But it's super intense.
