    sit-ups for 6-pak, dumbell curls of biceps+triceps, fly for triceps(i think but maybe it does pecs too) walking good for legs and allround health, Martial arts is normally very good for all round, and kung fu can be especially good for a disciplined 6-pack. try low resistanec and high reps as well, you’ll get more definition of muscles.

    There is an exercise called a “v-up” where you lift both your torso and legs at the same time to make a “v” with your body. If you do 10 of those in a row, then do 10 “bicycles” (where you lie on your back, lift up your upper back while keeping your lower back on the floor and turn to each side while pumping your legs) they are very good. you can repeat that as many times as you need.

    lie on ur back and start with ur legs up stight in the air at like a 90 degree angle slowly keep ur legs stright and move them to the ground without touching the floor move your legs back up to the 90 degree angle repeat these or rest urself on ur bum with ur legs bent slighty and feet of the florr lean back as far as you can and with stright arms wane them up and down tensing ur stomach

    this is kind of tricky,

    First lay down on the ground
    put your legs under a bar 1-1.5ft off the ground, preferibly under a bed frame, and lift your torso. This is the dificult part, you’ll feel a burn in maybe, 5 seconds? if you really want something hard, twist your torso left and right, so you work the abs, on the front and left and right sides.
