Is it possible for a healthy guy to not be able to build muscles? Or define them?
Standing at 5'11" and weighing only 147 lbs, I have tried everything to build muscles, but it doesn't work. After years of working out with trainers and all different equipment, I still am no bigger or more well defined than years ago. I can lift more weight, but I am not changing physically. Doctor says everything is fine. So how is it that I curl 50 lbs, bench 215 lbs, and many other exercises and still look skinny and undefined?
When it comes to biulding muscle it all comes down to Form and diet… you can exercises 10 hours a week but if you are lifting wrong… using the wrong weight… You might be lifting wrong… If you want to see results higher a trainer that's your best way for success. But if that hasn't worked for you it might not be in yor genetics… I have been trying to years and have come close to looking good but it doesn't seem to work out for me either and I can't afford to keep paying for training either.

Muscle building is the process of developing muscle fibers through the combination of weight training, increased caloric intake, and rest. The essence of muscle building can be summarized as follows: feed the muscles enough calories to help the growth process and no more. The easiest way to assure both proper energy before your workout and to replenish that glycogen afterwards is to consume a whole food nutrition supplement both before and after a workout.
