lileric911- … lileric911- building muscles is about tear and repair, thats where the term ripped comes from im ripped means torn (teared). if you leave the gym not aching afterwards or the next day your not working hard enough! it shows your doing the right thing

Ok this is my … Ok this is my workout shedule ive been doing for awhile and need some advice…
Everyday i do a 30 minutes of pushups, and different types of crunches. Including every third day i curl dumb bells, lay on my back and do presses with them, and ten sit on my knees and lift dumbells peck level and hold every 10-20 sets.
I use to do this excersie every secound day. Should i continue every third day? or should i go back to my previous system.
I always felt Diet … I always felt Diet is the most toughest thing to get right. You always crave for something or the other…Keep your good diet then you will keep your muscle right!
Ye i agree diet is … Ye i agree diet is hard, but getting to the gym can be hard too, i lost motivation i left it 1 day not gong to gym then it turned to a week and then months.
