What are some easy ways to build muscles in my arms and chest at home?
I’m a little guy. Pretty short for my age and skinny - very skinny. I’m looking to build a little bit of muscle in my arms and chest to both gain some weight and look less scrawny. I’m not a gym kind of guy and mainly want to stick to push ups, sit ups and other things I can do at home. Any suggestions?
I would recommend doing slow repetitions. If you have barbells at home, don’t do too many reps, rather, do more sets of fewer reps using larger/heavier weights. This usually builds muscle so that it doesn’t stay toned, but leaning more towards the “brolic” look
You should also look into buying protein shakes or buying the powder to make it yourself. Always have rest between “workout days”, so that your muscles can grow.
