in december 2007 i …
in december 2007 i was a 5′4 100 pound guy, i got a weight bench for christmas to bulk up for being called Scrawny, after 3 months of strength gain but no weight, i started to use Protein and Creatine, it was great i weighed 140 pounds within 4 months, but this stopped, i researched how to gain muscle as a scrawny guy,and found a special protein called SRT, Slow Release Technology for guys like me, i reccommend it to all the people like me out there to show the big guys little guys are tough too
