If i use perfect power 3x to build muscle and stop using it will my muscles go away?

i mean i heard suplements only work out for a period of time. thanks for your anwers please if possible with details and if you know any good safe suplement that i can use. One that will work only when i star my process to build my muscles and them i will just do just my regular rutine to keep my buddy in shape please let me know. i just want some real muscle no steroids or any suplement like that thaks thanks

How do you build lean muscles as opposed to bulky?

I hear that to build lean muscles, you have to lift a lot of reps in a row with less weight, and for bulkier muscle you want to do heavier weights with fewer weights. Is this accurate?

No, muscle is muscle, lean simply refers to muscle with less fat covering it, while bulky refers to muscle with more fat covering it. The types of exercise you do don't define this, how you eat does.

For the record, heavier weights with fewer reps are FAR better for muscle growth than more reps with less weight.

How do I build up muscles and flesh on my legs ?

I have great body with strong muscles in the arms and on chest. But my legs and butt are very thin. My girlfriend says I don't look sexy due to that. How do I build up muscles and flesh on my legs and butt?

WEIGHT BEARING EXERCISES. Let me say that again - weight bearing exercises. That is the best way to do it.

You *don't* have to get a gym membership, you can use your own bodyweight (and some dumbells) to work out your legs. Search the internet for bodyweight leg exercises. There are variations of squats, lunges, deadlifts and butt exercises out there. You'll find videos on this as well! It won't be something you have to do every day… you can likely get a very good leg workout in in 20-30 minutes, three times a week.

Other than that, you should eat more protein to help build the muscle - lean meats (skinless chicken, turkey, tuna, lean beef) are best, low or non-fat milk or cottage cheese with some fruit in it can help as well.

more reps and less weight to build muscles ?

I have small biceps , I am doing currently 2 sets of 12 reps , each for 17.5 kgs , this is on a machine . I am also doing a combined arm extention of 30 kgs

should I increase the number of reps in each set , or should i increase the weight what would build up my muscles faster ?
yeah food is important , but what about excercise schedule ?

More reps less weights = muscle tone
More weights less reps = muscle mass

5-8 reps = muscle mass
8-15 = muscle tone

2 sets is awfully weak and won't do anything. The standard is 3sets or 4sets if you do muscle mass training.
