How can i build muscles faster and make them more solid?

ok i am having trouble building up my muscles..i am 5″10 i weigh 150lbs and i cant eat vegitables because i am allergic to them all.I have whey protein shake mix but i don’t know exactly how to make the best fitness drink.=|

One of the best ways to gain muscle is to eat 5 smaller meals per day spaced apart by 2-3 hours, and make sure you intake at least 20 grams of protein with each meal.

When you lift weights, make sure that you try to progress each workout, adding more reps or weight than the last time.

Make sure you are lifting with heavy compound movements…squats, bench press, etc. Without heavy compounds, you will not gain much muscle.

And lastly, drink more milk.

A Review of Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building

One of the more unique aspects of the  program is the cardio part of the workout.  The program is not meant for those who are very thin in the first stages of the program, but if you implement the workout further along, you will gain the muscle mass that you are after.  Cardio is used for sculpting the body into the kind of physique that you want from your muscle building program and not simply about fat reduction.

If I quit bodybuilding would I become twice fatter than I was before?

I want to start bodybuilding and somebody told me that if I stop that I will become very big in size infact much bigger than before. Is that true?

From your Av, I believe you are a woman. My advice will differ greatly for a woman than a man.

Women aren't built to gain a lot of muscle. When we gain muscle, it is usually in very compact form, so we have increased muscle, but it isn't bulky and pushing outward so much as tightening and bringing our fat and skin inward. Even the most extreme professional body building women who cut out most of their body fat don't bulk up. They just get shaped and defined, and only with extreme fat loss, it shows the definition, but they aren't all that bigger than your average woman.

The situation in which you might become big is not about muscles but about fat. If you work out, you can and will eat more calories. If you stop working out AND do not cut your calories down to a lower, pre-working out rate, you will gain fat. The obvious solution for this is that if you stop body building, you should cut your calories and keep doing cardio. If you do that right, you will not double in size when you quit. You might have a hard time finding a good equalibrium in the first few weeks, but you will find it, and can remain slim, just less cut.

Gain muscles first. Muscle=increased metabolism=burns fat, in the long run.

Does skinny guy have more muscle than fat guy?

fat guy doesn’t look muscular, but in the fat there are actually muscles hiding there. Skinny guy who are non fat, usually looks there are muscles but there are actually not muscle, it looks they have muscle because they are skinny?

Actually, No. If you don’t workout your muscles you are not going to have much mass and tightness in your body. Same thing with a fat guy, if he doesn’t workout his body, its just going to be a mass of FAT around his body not muscle. It may look like muscle when he curls his arm, or tighten or flex but if he just relaxes and loosen everything and take of his clothes you would see fat.
You do have fat guys who do workout and do have muscles under the fat and it would be no different then a guy with less fat who workouts and has definition. The only difference between those two guys is mass of fat and trust me it is better to be skinny and gain muscle then be fat and gain muscle, because you would have to lose that fat to gain definition on your body.
In your situation, you have to workout to build mass and get your muscles tighter. Yours are weak and when you start working out, your muscles will break down and when they breakdown your muscle expands. When your body is in recovery mode, it rebuilds your muscles, just a bit bigger then it was before and this is the growth. You workout CONSISTENTLY for at 3 months and eat alot of protein and good fats and carbs and you will gain mass. This will get you hard gains in your muscles and you will notice a different. REMEMBER this doesn’t happen overnight, you have to be consist and if you want you can take supplements i preferred BSN No-xplode, CellMass and there other products, you get results. you can look at these sites down below the first they are super site and have ads and training programs, go look for yourself, also a store site. For the cheapest price on supplements, use the 2nd site and please research your products before use are email me any questions
