Do push-ups for your chest, sit-ups for abs, tricep dips on a chair for the back of your arms,Use your clothesline or something hanging and do chin-ups for your biceps on different days not the same workout every day and squats for your legs holding something thats not too heavy Problem solved

First, a disclaimer: for most women, it's difficult to add a lot of bulk to our muscles, even though we can add a lot of strength. Our hormones aren't set up for it or something.

We can, however, definitely add some. If you want to build muscle, make sure you're getting plenty of protein. (I hear cottage cheese is supposed to be great for this, but I haven't developed any enthusiasm for it yet.) Also, while this may be obvious, expect your appetite and weight to go up — you're putting on muscle mass.

You can do pushups or work out your upper body with weights. If you're using a machine, make sure you're following the instructions properly. If you're using free weights, whether commercial ones or improvised, make *extra* sure that you use enough weight to require effort, but *never more than you can safely control*.

Choose an amount of weight that you couldn't just keep going with forever, but make sure it's low enough that you can exercise the targeted muscles and use proper form. Don't bend your back to add leverage to your arms (or legs) — you can hurt your spine that way. Usually your back should be quite straight (or, well, its natural curve, but not bent), no matter what angle it is to the ground.

If you lose body fat, your breasts could get smaller. They are fatty tissue. However, as I understand it, it's difficult to add muscle mass and lose fat at the same time, at least seriously. I hear it's possible for someone who's been overweight and sedentary to start burning off fat and using the energy to start building muscle right at the beginning — but generally, losing fat requires burning more calories than you take in, and gaining muscle requires taking in extra calories to put into building the muscles.

Is cycling a good way to build muscles?

I'm pretty skinny and I want to put some muscles on. I've read from a reliable source that if you cycle fast, you can build muscles. BUT I don't want to lose weight, quite the contrary, so what's your view on this?

HIGH resistance and cycling slooow (but as fast as you can against the resistance) will build muscle, but it will mostly only effect your legs, and you will invariblly be using your abs a little, but not much, you will want to use light weights (and I mean light - like 1-3 lb weights) with lots of reps for arms and if you belong to a gym you can use the ab machines, if not then just do cruches (and not just straight up and down, to the sides also.) You Will probably end up trimming down, But gaining weight since muscle weights more than fat (even if you aren't "fat" there is still fat on your body)

Tell me how to burn fat and build muscles at the same time?

I want to build muscles but at the same time I want to shred the nasty fat inside my body. Give me some advice and recommendations.

I would suggest you concentrate on building the large muscle groups when you lift weights. Do not neglect the other muscles groups but be sure to emphasize the muscles of the hips, legs, back, and chest.

The goal is to add muscle mass which will boost your metabolism and let you burn more calories including fat at all times.

Also be sure to eat a nutritious balanced diet and include cardiovascular exercises in your fat burning plan.
