If I use a muscle building supplement and start running every day will it help build muscle?
Of course running builds muscle: legs, buttocks, abs… plus your heart and lungs (lungs not really being a muscle). It also builds certain muscles in your back which help with your posture while running.
It is definitly good exercise! Wear good shoes to avoid too much pressure on your knees.

so basically is it worth the money, would it help build muscles and abs, and how long untill u get bored of it? and are the exercises good and do they keep u engaged?
If you are trying to build up muscle strength, then no, you can just do those at your house. Wii Fit is more focused towards flexibility, balance, and posture. Not really for cardiovascular and muscullar stuff.

I don’t have the machines and I don’t want to pay membership for gym because it costs too much. Is weight training necessary to build muscles? Or can I focus on a sport? And which would be best? Swimming seems interesting.. My goal is just to have a toned body and to correct my posture.
